個人簡介
1986-1991年就讀于武漢同濟醫科大學醫學系,獲臨床醫學學士學位
1991-1996年在北京中日友好醫院內科任住院醫師
1996-1999年就讀于衛生部北京老年醫學研究所,獲臨床醫學碩士學位
1999-2002年在衛生部北京醫院內科任主治醫師
2002-2007年就讀于英國杜倫大學生物學與生物醫學系,獲生物醫學博士學位
2007-2008年在牛津大學結構基因學中心從事博士后研究
2008-2018年在劍橋大學生物化學系從事博士后研究
2018年9月起在上??萍即髮W生命科學與技術學院任助理教授,研究員  

主要研究內容
病原細菌耐藥是一個日益嚴重的臨床問題。細胞膜上的耐藥泵是導致細菌多重耐藥的重要因素之一,了解這些耐藥泵的結構和分子機制可以指導開發封閉這些耐藥泵的藥物。
周圍性和中樞性神經炎癥可以改變痛覺神經元的敏感性。在周圍性神經炎癥中,炎癥介質通過作用于一些離子通道,如鈉離子通道Nav1.7,  Nav1.8 和  Nav1.9,引起痛覺神經元超敏,導致病人慢性疼痛。本研究組主要應用冷凍電子顯微鏡和X-射線晶體學,以及其它生物物理方法,輔助以生物化學和分子動態模擬等方法,解析革蘭氏陰性病原菌的耐藥泵復合物,以及慢性疼痛有關的離子通道的結構,闡述其分子機制,以指導抗菌藥和止痛藥物的開發。
